Weltevree is a Dutch outdoor design brand known for products that support outdoor living. The products are used in exterior environments and require a combination of durability, aesthetics and repeatable production quality.
The project involved composite elements for outdoor hot tubs exposed to changing weather conditions, including UV radiation, rain, humidity and seasonal temperature changes. The parts needed to maintain a consistent surface finish and functional quality while being suitable for repeatable series production.
Wentech manufactured the composite elements using durable FRP construction and controlled production parameters. The focus was on repeatability, visual quality and suitability for outdoor use.
The cooperation enabled stable series production of outdoor composite components for distribution across the European market.
